The 23/04/24 TR1 say LC KIBO holdings is now down to 31% of MAST, although Alliance NEWS today is still showing 55% ?, and judging by the selling in 2.5m lump in the last 3 month to keep the lights on no doubt, the next TR1 could well say under 20% ? I for one FKN hope so, if only for a bit of peace'' from the jittery to hold L/T ever time a not a normal shareholder 3m worth get dump, in a slow tiny volume day.. it makes punters start to think FK holding on to this LT if it is going to be bashed every time we get a rise, or on a daily bases, indefinitely'' with no morals

if PK and his backers could sort out this little problem, over time MAST would become investable again, where people would start to take a more longer than a month view

so yes for sure'' although it has been quiet on the Trading /regular news / PR front'' for the first time in a long long while MAST has become investable again as i was talking about, and IMO a long term hold, but as always only what you can afford to lose, without moaning if it does not happen..

Have not post for awhile, but one of my biggest wish DYOR, was always for KIBO to sell there remaining 19.52% interest in Mast Energy Developments PLC ("MED") and now that RiverFort our solid partner, has took them off there hands and lock them in'' I really do believe there will never been a better time for SP appreciation and stability for shareholders going forward with that danger of constant selling of big lump to pay there bills daily on the open Market gone...

all this will need to hit a penny S/T is regular news and PR from PK'' to kick start SP growth'' and who knows we may be able to buy back that lock in 19% from RiverFort when revenue start flowing big time, been that they only paid £120k for them ? and have them cancel to give SP an even bigger boost ?

Having conducted a comprehensive review of the case, the Judge, Mrs. Justice Falk DBE found, yesterday, that:

· There was a sufficiently real and imminent risk to justify the interim injunction order and its revised scope (see the Company's 5th February RNS), which prohibits trespass to the site's land, obstruction of the main entrance and lorry surfing.

· The injunction is a reasonable and proportionate restriction on protesters' activities. The order does not prevent slow walking or simply standing outside the site, provided that this does not physically obstruct anybody entering or leaving the site.

· The Injunction should be extended to include six named protesters associated with Extinction Rebellion ("XR"). In addition, two named XR protestors, who trespassed into the site on 10th October 2020, offered undertakings to the court to abide by the terms of the injunction in return for UKOG not seeking to pursue committal for a breach of the injunction.

anyway the words on the street is that UKOG HH1 production figures are a lot higher than it has ever been and Sarah Finch, who represented the Weald Action Group, is PI--SSED off'' sighting planning permission is not in place why are they still pumping oil ??

so we can see why we are been trolled so heavily and by who'' if it's saying it's the green brigade action group that don't want oil pumping ??

all we have to do at these levels is wait for it'' and don't be put of by there relentless knocking'' SS will get it sorted with the new Labour government along with the Storage.. BIG NEWS IS COMING'' HOLD TIGHT......

BTW, and although off topic'' to storage, and whatever is going on at UKOG, I think if fund Managers like PH sell out of AIM because they cant manipulate the price by selling there millions of shares on the open Market on a daily bases, it will have the opposite effect for retail investors than the ones they are peddling.. in that link..

it seems that way to me'' perhaps they won't be able to grab funding as often as they are use to and use it as a business model to never making a profit over many years the government is right IMO, to get rid of this nasty loophole to protect investors and save us from the George roach PREM and fund Managers of this world...
