RE: One way take off4 Dec 2024 11:12
DAVID M, your started posting subtle D-Ramp on here when SP started to rise 2 days from its low 0.1350p to 0.16p you picked on BIG'' because he post some positive not over the top figures on revenue expectation, then when we did get good news'' and for someone that peddles you got more stock than PV 1.4% this was your post, and i will put the question mark to the points you raise ?
Some good news at last, but as usual has some underlying caveats. ???
It's good to see the Board costs reduced. { OK tick }
On balance it's good to see their enhanced access to capital, even though many investors dislike Riverfort. ???
It's good to see the sale of a site that it didn't look like they were ever going to develop. { OK tick }
It's good to have the threat of dilution removed for the "foreseeable future." {OK tick }
BUT
Everything moves very slowly. ???
There is little in the short term that will excite investors. ???
The time scale of any plan is completely unknown. ???
At the current rate it will take well over 25 years to get to 300MW. ???
The phrase "going to plan" will get old very quickly ???
August 20th RNS: "Pyebridge signed Engineering Works contract for 2nd genset's overhaul"
If the genset is in production by early December, that is three and a half months from signature of contract to production. How is that going to any plan ??? that has been communicated to shareholders. They have always talked about a shorter time scale. At least we can build that in to any further genset refurbishment.
From today's RNS:
"Following the completion of the 2nd 2.7MW genset, Pyebridge will have 2x 2.7MW (i.e. 5.4MW) in optimal commercial production and generating income, effectively doubling the site's trading revenue generation capacity"
Note, "revenue generation capacity." This doesn't necessarily mean they could sell all the capacity, ??? although it could double the revenue if weather conditions remain favourable to reserve power.
Even with the outstanding loans, a market cap of under £700k seems low, but we will have to see what the market decides. One factor which is perhaps not in their favour is the perceived speed of progress. ???
NOW'' FOR SOMEONE THAT OWN MORE SHARES THAN OUR DIRECTOR PV, WHY WOULD YOU PUT DOWN YOUR INVESTMENT IN SO MANY ??? IN YOUR POST ?
you can see why you cannot be trusted to spread one bit of Christmas joy for what have been achieve here since the demise of LC and his mismanagement...
