This RNS should give Investors comfort knowing that MR BELL is not coming back to UK until it's concluded, and he has got the Money ? and that news we are all waiting on, as we can see from the RNS he has had lot's of offer for funding but he decline ? and only issue these shares to tie us over until he get's it, and also alluded to some asset sale in the workings with interested parties ? and as we know bell don't like to be away from UK for more than a week ?

I would expect next weekend for that conclusion, with the rebel group in DRC under control now that the president is getting help with the discord from Rwanda it was on the BBC news yesterday that it should take 2 days to squash it
