He said on that interview last month, that as soon as the paperwork is sign from country to country the full 100ton will be sent to Germany in one batch ? so if it's only paper work, as we have already got the product waiting, we should have a few imminent RNS waiting, and perhaps today RNS SHAREHOLDERS PLANT VISIT is the first of many to kick start FEB

this could well be the last drop before Re-rate ? and I don't know what MM was up to today with 20m buys to 4m sells ? but they must have there reason ?

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE AIM: IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, is pleased to announce that it has initiated a new intellectual property strategy to significantly enhance the patent life and commercial value for its P140 technology platform.

P140 is ImmuPharma's technology platform for its portfolio in autoimmune diseases. This comprises the lead indication commencing a Phase 3 clinical study in systemic lupus erythematosus ("SLE") and the second indication, in preparation for a Phase 2/3 adaptive clinical study in chronic idiopathic demyelinating polyneuropathy ("CIDP").

New insights into the P140 technology lends itself to expanding the current patent portfolio. This new patent initiative will strengthen the commercial value of P140 and add to the positive engagement we are already experiencing in discussions with a broad range of potential commercial partners on SLE and CIDP.

New patents will not only significantly enhance the patent protection for P140 in SLE and CIDP but will also support patient studies in other auto-immune/inflammatory diseases and release further value from the P140 technology platform.

Commenting on the announcement, Tim McCarthy, CEO of ImmuPharma, said:

Next RNS to look out for is P140 cure all protection IMO, and really should treble SP from this level, before any deal'' TIM has already hinted that he cannot tell us about a DEAL until protection for our platform is in place.. make sense to me... and the Market knows it that's why this stock will continue to rise, in the days and weeks ahead, ignore the peak and trough MM knows what they are doing and where SP will go eventually.. all we have to do is stick to the science when it drop try not to moan ? and good sentiment when it rise...

That's a true story ROOK'' running winners is the hardest thing to do, because a lot of posters will tell you to sell and take profit, and eventually you will then kick your self when a deal with AZN or or one of the big 6 Pharma is announce one bright morning, and it goes on to do 10000% in the days and weeks ahead, i have seen it happen, and it turn in to one of those that you try not to look at anymore, as it will always make you feel sick'' yes it happen to me on PYC i sold out at 0.80p in the early days thinking i will put money elsewhere and it went to 70p in a month, I also sold out of EUA @ 0.45p before the BID approach, and it went on to a SP of 48p both these stock are now back to sensible levels but I'm still gutted after all these years that i miss out on at least £500k and that opportunity may never come again in our lifetime I still look at those 2 stock every now and then but will never buy back

I COULD REALLY HAPPEN HERE VERY QUICKLY IMO, if a deal is announce any day from now'' it's just one of those thing that you will only get right if you put them away and ignore the noise that comes with a stock that has just done 400%, and day to day game playing freaky MM movements, and watch it play out for 6 months, I bet you a lot of these posters won't be here when SP hit £1 as they would have sold long before and move on to a future loser..

What i need to know no D-ramp intended, is why is this $10m facility any different from 2021 / 2022 $10m facility and why they still needed to found raise £450k to increase production a few month back putting 1.5b more shares on the Market killing the Rerate that should have come a long time ago, if we had that facility already in place ? I really wan't to invest again, as it sound positive, but not too sure we won't get the same result.. now that we have 4.7b on the Market, from 600m in 2021, so that means any good news will be sold into.. I WILL SEE HOW SP PERFORM IN THE DAYS AHEAD before toe dipping
