Bobocaca,
Its over all world economic conditions have you seen any stock shining ? My overall portfolio is 50% down, including rock solid stocks like HLMA & Ashtead Group has lost over 30% of value.
Investing101, How much more this **** is gonna drop mate I strongly believe boohoo share price has been reseated no matter how bad the trading update is it will be good enough compare to current share price. I strongly believe its time Boo will be bullish from this point. I hope management don't raise the expectations to much and issue profit warnings again .
My average is only £265 so no worry for me. At next rally I will exit with massive profits & comfortable retirement :-).
Atleast that was my objective when I first entered into boohoo world, now I am so attached to can't leave even if I want to.
It will be back to 86 to 88p by the end of week.
Ic152, its not just the buy and sells that move the SP, if you notice Rhodium price has gone up during past couple of weeks, but SP did moved up with same pace so I am guessing sellers are just taking advantage and selling as soon as it touches 101.
Any Idea why such a sharp drop today ?
BAxelrod,
You are not the only one, last year this time my portfolio was 40% up this year I am 38% down. Boo is the biggest contributer in losses . I still laugh at my stupidity why I didn't sell when it reached 2.05 earlier this month.
Chatmandu, This drop was expected after X-Div date
Movinghard, We know that there is a bit of stigma attached to BOO, but that recent correction was all over the market, I have some rock solid stocks like Ashtead group, Hlma, SLP they all had correction between 15% to 30%. They have all started recovering now. I can see very high reward from BOO at this price. Company has a market cap of 2.21bn and has revenue of over 1bn. I dont need any analyst to tell me now where its heading from this point. Keep buying now and you will be laughing by next Christmas.
Sigh!!, Only reason SLP has been dropping is because of Rhodium price has dropped (That has bottomed out now) if you compare the 2 graphs they are almost identical. The reason rhodium price dropped is because of the less demand in automotive industry due to chip shortage, so as soon as the micro chip supply is restored car industry will start full scale manufacturing and demand of rhodium will increase so do the SLP share price. So keep buying its not too long before SLP will be back to where it dropped.
