Noix thanks for your input too and I agree the tax has been mentioned before, but I seems to be forgotten about with the last 12month or so. When I say GLA I genuinely mean ALL. Not many people in my line of work do shares, neither do my friends or immediate family. So although I'm a little uneducated in this field I'm still in it, by myself with you guys.
