Yes that is correct a EPC contract, all set up with a very well known and professional global company.

I'm fairly sure if you read more recent RNS then you will understand it has been signed and the current plan is to take the mine to production. Perhaps a JV was a plan at one stage, who can really blame them for having that thought at one point?

It was more than likely worded proposed back then due to the bit towards the end that you've so conveniently left out - The contract is conditional on, amongst other things, the Company receiving all the necessary permits from the government and therefore at this stage there is no guarantee that the transaction will complete.
The MT mining license being part of the permitting!.

The EPC contract is to start at the start of Q2 as clearly stated on the table on the website, and the same source shows you they're busy with the final project design . . . .

WK also just recently received a license for a significant amount of land surrounding what was the current wk producing mine operation. So there is plenty growth potential with that asset alone.
