Revenue split in favour of hastings could work. They bare all costs and get the larger revenue split, or at least a lot more favourable one than a 70/30. It could be what they're hinting at doing with the bit dallasdaz posted - If Mojito Resources did not participate in
any development of the joint venture deposits and the development of those deposits was to
proceed on a 100% basis by Hastings, then the economic model would need to be updated to
allocate those costs and revenues to Hastings.
I have shares in a different mining company where the contractor took all the risk and cost to take the asset to production and they get the favourable side of a 65/35 split so deals do get done.
