Look at the pics, trucks are there and they are rotary drilling with what looks like water troughs.
So they have water, they have trucks, and they have the means to hold water.

Skint means nothing when the mine and work force is already there, trucks are already there.
All they have to do is stop drilling and start producing, a similar switch just in reverse of stopping production and starting drilling.
You do understand that drilling also requires water?. If they are core sampling with rotary rigs then water is needed, so guess what?. We also also have the water bowsers at site.

If the banks were not involved then we would of drawn down the 50 mil and would of been rapidly proceeding down that route.
I think you may wish to take a little more time reading RNS.

If it is specifically the success fees bit that you have a niggle about, then the fees will most likely be agreed once there is a deal from a bank on the table. That is just my opinion though.

All the information was out there before the RNS of today genie. Well apart from the tipil news, old JV drilling data is in old RNS from years ago.
Couple it with the historical geological data which there is as lot of, and any niggles should have been gone before you initially bought in.
The EPCF contract with sinosteel is also fairly old news, and so i struggle to see why you any doubts about that bit?

He gets disgruntled any time he misses his top up/ buy in dip. He then proceeds to claim people are ramping, when most are simply sharing factual information which is already out there.
Geological data, drill results etc can't be argued with and so he takes aim at board posters. AIMHO of course!
