Dispose, buyers, execution seems to have been the run of things. We'll just have to wait and see exactly what has been/will be sold.

I was always here for MT being mined with sinosteel, the RNS last OCT was a bit of a shock tbh, as i was waiting for them to start the sinosteel contract as were many other LTHs.

But things have changed since last oct and high value deals have been put out left right and centre, the whole time hinting that it's a sale in the works.

I believe the new NED is just here to put together the legal paperwork on our side, of course the company is not officially sold until such a stage where all the paperwork is signed. But if a company is sold then it can't co found something else, that's what i was trying to get at. AIMHO

Although i do agree that they seem to have just changed the project name and removed the eurasia mining link, as it reads as exactly the same project just with a different name.

They aim to get funding for the projects through investors, it may have been pulled off because the 50 mil USD funding required is now secured.

If funding is secured then there is no need for the ICO which was scheduled to start on monday!

They may have found the 50 mil USD. The purpose of the ico was to raise such an amount, it would not be needed if a institutional investor rang up and offered the full sum for example, or if the companies have decided to fund the whole thing themselves.

New nomad and NED specialised in legal stuff points to them being close to the deal end game, which in turn would mean that eurasia could fund the whole thing themselves.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see, but things are looking extremely good for all of us here at eurasia mining.

Found the answer to my own question, very interesting -

Something to note is the very clear lack of ICO advertising with it, does that point to them already having relevant investors lined up to hit this? - Fundraising goal: 50,000,000 USD.

Most ICOs are usually heavily advertised to get the targetted funds.

It's at this point that i would most definitely say that Dmitry is a genius!.

It will take some time for that type of system to become live, it does take quite some time from an ICO, but we all now know what's most definitely in the pipeline courtesy of witterings finding the other day.
