Going forward, the company has certain legal entitlements in russia -

"The Company is entitled to apply for a Discovery Certificate and Mining Licence after the successful discovery of two open-pit target PGM deposits (West Nittis and Loipishnune)."

So i believe they have free reign to apply for any deposit they have discovered to date. We all know what that could possibly mean going forward from here!

Years before or where we are at now would of favoured MT, it was just not MTs time at anglo JV days as platinum was favoured at the time -

There is nothing sinister, anglo just make sharp 'at the moment' business decisions, a recent one being to seize a cheap buyout of sirius minerals.

Back then it was to ditch the JV and go all guns blazing in south africa.

Something to note in todays times is this, as most sources only ever talk about the open pits, when in fact there is another zone -

Valid point gfd, but at least it looks like it's all underway. If all kept in russia, a norilsk buy for example, that would hopefully speed up the process.

But i'm happy to wait as long as it takes for the watertight contract to be drawn up, it's been 2 weeks already, time flies when you're in lockdown.

The same april 9th says tipil is also approved and we're just waiting the issue of the license -

Seems ok, but people seem confused about approval and license issue, we have had approval for some time now as it was stated in april 9th RNS, it is the issue of the license that we are waiting on -

"Approval by the Federal Security Service (FSB), the last remaining federal body, whose approval is required for the flanks licence application, was also subsequently confirmed to the Company by Sevzapnedra. The Directors expect the license to be issued by Sevzapnedra soon as per standard process."

We can't rule out both assets being sold due to this little disclaimer slotted into the original oct RNS however -

"If the Company was to dispose of both of its Assets, then AIM Rule 15 (Fundamental Changes of Business) would apply. Such a disposal would require shareholders' consent, an announcement which contains the information set out in Schedule Four to the AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it."

Actually, history dictates an average time frame for the likes of a company sale deal to go through, and we are very comfortably sat within that time frame. Any basic research into such matters will give you that time frame.
You also have to consider the global pandemic has potentially stopped face to face meetings, which in turn may have slowed things down a little.

There is also the "The Last Non Consolidated Palladium Play" sales pitch to consider, you can't sell 15Moz of palladium equivalent if you don't have the relevant license for the asset.

One thing everyone can agree on, is that banks do not work for nothing -
