At least one thing is certain, exploration has been done. It's just a little odd that both show exactly the same thing, the ground markings are clear either way.

A1EX, zoom out and head west, snow can clearly be seen via that link i shared. Your image marks an area west of the very clear explored loipishnune area.

It's pretty obvious from the satellite in all honesty, the ground marks really can't be mistaken for anything else. They have to be recent, because the last exploration there was years ago, these marks are all very much fresh looking. You may have to copy and paste the entire thing into a google search bar, but it will take you directly there. Zoom in, zoom out, head north towards west nittis, and you will see them for yourself -

You can see the exploration marks on the ground at loipishnune and heading towards west nittis, using google satellite via the maps tab.

It is the logical thing to do before a sale of the asset, in order to gain maximum value from the sale.
