Ferg, as the timeline Raharh provided suggests, they may have been looking at a 3 month period to run this FPS, it means that the BOD will have known fine well that the MT flanks will land in time. As i've pointed out, each approval signature seems to take approx 3-4 months when everything is running smoothly. You allow a little extra time on the last one, for them to create the cert and get it sent out to the company.

UBS will have a limited time in place, they won't want the FSP going on forever imho
