The RNS simply states that they're working through the sale process, as it's mentioned in the interim RNS. The sp has simply risen as expected by all, including the BOD.

If you don't side with UBS, Dmitry and DLA Piper, then unfortunately there's something quite off. They're the professionals here, and UBS & DLA Piper are massive in the m&a world. Dmitry's track record also speaks for itself, so if anyone is not qualified to their level, they only really make themselves look stupid trying to question their professionalism imho.

Because spoon, why fill the board arguing with them?. All that does is disrupt other peoples normal discussion on here. That's why they post negative to begin with, to disrupt, to try and sway new investors minds into questioning their decisions, and we've seen it all since last Oct. Some of us LTH's simply have no time for arguing with what can only be described as gibberish. The filter option is there, it is for that purpose. They were negative at 0.2p, 0.4p, 0.5p, 2p, 7p etc etc, and they are always wrong. History tells us that, so it really is pointless entertaining them tbh.

No worries Dufry. The thing with R1EX, A1EX on here, is that there is no reason to doubt him at this stage, as he announced licenses landing accurately from digging about on the Russian systems.
His tweets make logical sense tbh. The competitive side of it all, makes it far better for us shareholders, a true highest bidder wins scenario, with a lot of financial fire power on each potential side. Remember, Citic signed up on a success fee basis as well, and so there could well be the huge China vs Russia bidding war on this. If that happens, throw all valuations out of the window, because China bid very large to secure what they want/need.

Yes, it's not really much of a surprise dufry. It's something a lot considered as a scenario, Russian sides teamed up together to take the area forward. There will have been very tough competition from China and others though, so until anything lands in RNS, you never know who has won any bidding war inside any FSP situation. There could even be a part public side of a bidding war, the option is there for someone to come over the top after the first public bid is announced.
