We are still at the BOD and the advisers working through the sale process, that is all yesterdays RNS told anyone.
That's a good thing, everyone is still here working on the deal.

Dmitry, UBS, and DLA Piper will bring it home, it's just what they do, it's second nature to them.
It can land at any point, it's all down to how fast both sides legal teams get the purchase & sales contract done. I don't think it will take that long tbh, we'll all see soon enough.

I can't be anything but positive here spoon, the BOD have played an absolute blinder. I've had the privilege of watching each of their moves and their plan unfold over the last few years. It has taken a long time, but that is the nature of mining, things always do take a long time.
What's happening now is the final furlong of their master plan. Dmitry, UBS and FLA Piper will bring it home, it's just an every day job to them, it's what they do, they're professionals at it.

They had to say something about the rise, every time a share rises that fast, an announcement is made. Usually, that includes the disclaimer that they see no reason for the rise, that disclaimer was not included in our rns. They simply pointed us and the market back in the direction of the interim RNS, which tells everyone that they are limited in what they can say and they're working through the sale process.

We're in a very strong position right now, with the very top people (UBS) running the FSP.

It is just a matter of time before it arrives at the conclusion of a deal announcement imho

Not entirely sure why people seem so concerned. There has been far bigger dips along this journey to date, it separates the men from the boys, the women from the girls.

If you have done enough research and understand where the company is currently at, then you know that there's absolutely nothing to worry about. It's quite the opposite, there's everything to be excited about. The savvy newer people bought the dips, and it's the right thing to do imho. That isn't advice, just a pat on the back to the ones who seemed to grab the opportunity by both horns.

Nothing rampy, jut sharing of info that is already out there. 40p was on if it had not been for the games after this mornings RNS. It will still come, just patience is needed.

Year to date is still a massive increase, but, i guess the new guys won't get that. Nothing ever goes up in a straight line, it went to 28p at one point and then drifted to 17p, but look at where it is now. New highs are always being hit, and MM's, well, they need to take advantage of every opportunity they get to make money from this. They don't know when their time will end on this one, the deal can land at any point.

Exclusivity, being legal rights to it through Russian law. That appears to be the beauty of Russia, is the legal exclusivity to the surrounding areas of your asset license area, it allows for straight forward expansion with no competition on your patch.

Uncertain of how you would price that in. There are millions of ounces in the area, the buyer will get a bargain no matter which way you look at it tbh.
