Now we know , ownership of the property and the arrival of the new drill should come together at the same time.

Something on the details that I couldn't access previously , the buggers have already tested the site for drilling by the look of it and wouldn't surprise me if they do some panning in the creek when they completely own it .

They are in a far more advantageous position than GGP was for a JV , let that sink in!

What I would like now is for them to do a little drilling on their newly acquired property and hit a couple of those highly prospective chutes (say a 20 mill and a 5 mill) which could define a decline entrance .

I think that some are doing the same old trade that they have got used to but this time they are passing them on to other holders . I don't rate Swazers some of these take months to move and he claims victory months later.

In retrospect every share since April has been sell if it doesn't go up and sell if it does.

Fundamentals haven't been working either , but with ECR now signalling that there will be a mine then that'll do, it will go up.
Somebody did mention a mine means dilution , possible I suppose but some are able to get a loan on the prospects and Australia would be the place to do it as it is their bread and butter.

I get that TP and it was good to bring it up. Their current focus is on building the mining site. so fingers crossed 30k will be on the cards after the surveys.

They have given in-depth info on how they will extract and heap leach to maximise profit TP but get your point.

I think this one is Roy Pitchfords retirement plan glandore, don't see them 'duping' themselves to be honest as they are avoiding dilution .

The comment was relating to LND but applies just as much here, they hold shorts for as long or longer than some hold a share long. When this significantly breaks 2p (expect 3.70 at some point) then they will close them all. Suspect some have been closed today as that was a left field RNS but we will see if people see the value or R/R in ECR as good then it will happen sooner rather than later.

Only need a few more high grade chutes for a follow through with the new drill (RC) and it will get exciting.
As far as JV goes that is all that is needed from here and as already pointed out it shows commitment by the company that they are doing everything needed to work these tenements and may have some bearing on the licence /s not yet allocated.

Yeah , they just dropped it like throwing it over a cliff edge , getting effing tiresome that is for sure .

I will give my opinion for what its worth Paul.
Firstly they can get everything under one roof so to speak , office , core shed , yard /maintenance , drills when being serviced etc; everything in one place and easier to keep an eye on everything .

Perfect positioning outside Creswick and not too far away from Ballarat.

Land already sourced (now ) for mine entrance , so no shenanigans or difficulty getting permission etc.

It's a quality move that will cut down timelines and costs , great move and great management picking up on and executing an opportunity that probably doesn't come along often in the right area.
