Will soon be getting to the point where the leases and properties are worth more than the current value of the company, strange old world eh?
The granting of the licence was price sensitive and I am surprised that the nomad didn't tell them that an RNS is required under those circumstances as well as the Creswick renewal of course and the progress of any others?
New drill delivery?
How is the fence going?
Loads of core results ?
What else?
They do miss on timelines Aim-Mafia , hoping they don't on this one but in the big scheme of things it doesn't really matter with my timeline so long as they get there.
It is striking a chord with some , maybe a psychological ramp by him and he is definitely marmite . However i do get what he is saying about sentiment in stocks have a read! https://twitter.com/pauljohnson9691/status/1468957465303654414
Any reason it shouldn't steven?
This BB has needed somebody like you BEN guys to see the potential , I am prepared to wait a couple of years to see how it develops but never have I seen such an obvious investment at such a low entry point .
It is always the worry that there will be a big placing and dump in a lot of shares but CGO team have been absolutely upfront all of the way through what the plan is and as they execute various aspects they are walking the walk and making adjustments as they go.
Time scales have moved around a little but forgivable under the circumstances , lots of options on the gold for funding it as it develops ... looking forward to hearing more about both projects .
'brewing' AG ? That was subtle (checks name of Lane where Creswick property is ;-) )
" the DMS is a major contributing source to the Berry Lead system (estimated to have produced 2.6 million ounces of gold)"
They will hit it , I wondered why the soil sampling hadn't been completed on Creswick , but of course they knew about the licence being granted (they were in sampling Brewing Lane before making an offer) .
Chances of hitting in Creswick get bigger as every week goes by , gold was prolific in the DMS , Rod spent a long long time studying it and recommended it and jv'ers will be keeping a wary eye on ecr.
They are drilling Sanka, two focussing on Bailieston in the hot spot and the new one will be drilling on Creswick close to the DMS at their Creswick property , if you look on map 1 you will get an indication of where and why.
Further Information – Dimocks Main Shale Gold Targets
In the view of the Company’s technical team contemporary exploration has continually been drawn to the district due the proximity of the Ballarat and Creswick goldfields and in particular exploration programs within EL6184 have sought the source alluvial gold that was in the Berry Lead system.
It is also the view of the technical team that despite numerous companies having held tenements over the area those companies failed to recognise the significance of the Dimocks Mains Shale and its potential for significant gold mineralisation.
ECR Minerals’ Geologist Rodney Boucher recognised the potential of the Dimocks Main Shale and has been mapping in the region for 15 years for several companies. When a differing company relinquished the ground to the north of North Ballarat’s tenements, Rodney Boucher applied for EL6184 and provided it to ECR Minerals. Subsequently ECR Minerals have applied for EL6713 over recently relinquished ground.
The Dimocks Main Shale provides an opportunity not previously recognised in Victoria. The DMS is 25m wide and hosts strata-bound auriferous quartz veins with potential for bulk mining (refer to Map 1).
The shale has been mapped and shown to run for over 7 km in EL’s 6184 and 6713 (refer to Map 1). The DMS continues 8 km to the south to form one third of the Ballarat goldfield at the locality of Nerrina or Little Bendigo.
Field mapping of alluvial workings (refer to Map 2) shows the potential link between the alluvial workings and their gold sources, in particular the DMS and suggests that the DMS is a major contributing source to the Berry Lead system (estimated to have produced 2.6 million ounces of gold) and a contributor to the Eureka Lead in the upper parts of the Ballarat goldfield (estimated to have produced 11 million ounces of alluvial gold plus an additional 2 million ounces of reef gold). https://www.ecrminerals.com/images/Creswick_Map2.jpg https://www.ecrminerals.com/images/Creswick_Map1.jpg
What are you talking about steven , nobody said that ? Did you sell on the news or something?
I don't know whether it will do similar to Ben but it has been my opinion for some time that CGO is very undervalued , based on many things but Oliver Stansfield and Philip Richards haven't been backing it as they have for pennies return . It has all been run frugally and well managed to keep dilution minimal and they have been very lucky with how the gold has panned out .. just one of those shares to hold and see where it goes over the next year .
I have asked the question on twitter max https://twitter.com/luckyorange1812/status/1468558472027549703
Funny that Alan Green at Brand communications hasn't covered it , maybe worth contacting him.
They are using some strange no.s on the buy side (1.19374) , is it psychological?
Obviously they have known for a while which licences have been accepted .... is that why they bought Creswick property et al with confidence ?
JV'ers will be knocking the door down again ;-) but offering nowt , all getting very interesting now as it is known that there are valuable shoots in the DMS , busy busy time for the ECR team and with each licence obtained then the value of the company goes up ..... not that you would notice .
Could do with a map with all of the local licences (applied for and already owned) and the properties recently bought on the same map , is there one?
In the interview , they are just about accep.... er um pushed through now 10mins 30 seconds in https://twitter.com/ecrminerals/status/1418505448387489792 , that was back in July . Had to check , knew it was there somewhere.
It will now max , it is so close to Ballarat it is price sensitive.
Just above Ballarat , Adam did say a while back https://mercatorgold.com.au/services/south-creswick/
Amazing spot AG , and there was me thinking in the past that they had no chance , that is the one they were all waiting for wasn't it?
Got to go X 5 just to make it to 100 million asset , gold should be quick to production but let's wait and see what the drilling brings to the table and then see what value it adds.
