What I found interesting was , just before close I was doing dummy buys and it couldn’t give me a quote but to sell 80000 shares , it was happy to take it of you in one go.

Interesting, was doing dummy sell all morning and could only sell 5k shares at a time but now you can sell as many as you want!

Just wondering , is anyone having the same problem. It allows you to sell your shares and much more than in the last couple of days but can’t process the buy?

If you check all their statements , they have to put this clause in. It’s not a new one .

Just wondering why Gcm haven’t announced on Rns that the AGM meeting has been postponed ? Wouldn’t they have to give this information publicly ? Any thoughts would be welcome.

Yes, feel as they have adjourned it on purpose because of things happening in the back ground and they probably know it will be all done by March 31st!!

No Manudave, they have stated in the Rns that the Agm meeeting will be held on March:

2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

As announced on 18 December 2019, it was the Company's intention to hold the AGM before 29 February 2020. The Company regrets to advise its AGM has been further delayed and confirms that the Board's current intention is to send out a notice of AGM, to be held before 31 March 2020, shortly.

Hopefully we haven’t long to go for an update on the progress of the submission along with all the other overdue news . All this waiting is getting to much now!!!

Can’t seem to be able to do a quote ?!

I see this Rns positive for we are nearly in the stage of submitting to the government and the Rns does state that they have been disappointed in the time taken .

Whereas in the January Rns it stated ‘GCM shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary approvals from the Government of Bangladesh and facilitate preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment’ and now that are stating. It is a joint responsibility .
I totally agree with you GP back this is the key to unlocking our value.
