GCM, an AIM quoted mining and energy company, announces that, further to the announcement dated 26 January 2024, the subscription to raise gross proceeds of £500,000 has been successfully concluded. The Company has therefore requested the restoration of trading in the Company's securities on AIM, which is expected to take place at 7.30am, 2 February 2024, with admission of the subscription shares to follow at 8.00am on 2 February 2024.

The Company will need to carry out an additional fundraise before the end of May 2024 to fund its working capital for the next 12 months.

Don’t understand why all buys are showing as sells

This has been happening lately, all buys shows as sells! As if they don’t want to acknowledge the buys!

With a joint venture with Power China , hope next comes the submission

Yes, I remember when Kilkenny sold and bought into AAOG. Interesting, they are back in. Hoping news isn’t to far away now .

They want your shares for was able to get quotes for any amount! Definitely feel something is brewing In the background with these huge trades! . The buys are also showing as sells

Feels like the share price is been held back

Haven’t seen this kind of trade in awhile. Makes you think what’s going on the background . Hopefully news soon :-)
