In my opinion for what's it's worth many people including myself were hoping that the sp was going to rise and rise in no time at all, reality is as Dr A said some time ago this will take time not weeks but probably years!!
Peel probably have slowed down a bit I'm sure I read they were hit like everyone else with the dreaded covid downturn.
We only need some positive news and the sp could fly but at present it's a bit of a gamble, place your best red or black!!
Everyone talks about cleaning the oceans , save the planet etc etc PHE can help all of this ....
