Can anyone work out who the companies who Clontarf Energy are in talks with about using iTDE DLE. I think I have worked out the country’s they are based in. I think it’s chile and Mexico.

Not ‘IF’. The technology has already proven it works. They just need to scale it up. They have tested it labs and used it before on other materials.

There will be tweaks and design alterations to get it to work better and more efficiently. This is so the YLB can see it working on a bigger scale.

I will go through it again. Clon just raised £1.3 million, CHMX are raising $2.5 million at the moment. That’s all that’s needed for now. Until after the on site testing is done

So that it could be rolled out across all of Bolivia ( Clon know this and that’s why they have signed and exclusivity deal on it)

Just Clon. If the technology is successful NCX this will rocket. But at $10 a share. You don’t get much for your money. It has to be Delt through a broker. I tend to play safe with U.K. companies

They’re covered for the moment. It’s not funding they need. They need the go ahead from the YLB. Then after the pilot plant possibly or might get an investment from a big company.
But if we raise share price will be a hell of a lot higher

This then bodes well for Clons new company turning it into farmland for jobs for locals and biofuels ( which the iTDE as can be used on that too purify it)

In the event that the Company shall conclude a transaction with 2 specific named entities within two years from the date of the Agreement, Clontarf will be entitled to a 15% contributing interest in the Company’s component of the agreed structure resulting from the agreement with the two specific companies. The entitlement of Clontarf to any fees shall be limited to any participation by the Company in the ownership of the equity of any joint ventures or other forms of corporate cooperation between the Company and those two entities. Such entitlement shall exclude any participation in the maintenance or management arrangements for the iTDE technology or any similar tolling or servicing arrangement. The Company undertakes to negotiate with the two agreed entities in good faith to maximize the benefit of participation in the ventures with the named companies but not to the detriment of the terms of any operation agreement or any similar tolling, servicing or maintenance arrangement.

In perspective of the size of the brine to be processed the iTDE technology. 2000 litres is about the size of a small garden shed. This should not take a massive amount of time to do. Yes there will be testing and analysis of the process and possible design alterations. By hopefully we should here news soon

This game is all about making money and not losing it. So even if you make £50 you’ve made £50. Don’t keep holding the full amount and loose it all. Slice some profits as you go along. You will have good days but you will also have some bad days. But you only loose money if you sell your shares. The value of them will go up and down but you lose nothing or make nothing unless you sell

Reading in the RNS David stated he was in talks with other companies outside of Bolivia to use the iTDE technology. To state these things in an RNS has to be factual. Further looking into the official contact with CHMX the deal states that Clon will receive 15% share of CHMX’s share of their JV contract. It also states that it is only for 2 companies ( names not given). But you wouldn’t get it written in if basically hadn’t got them on board and to them to agree to this if it wasn’t going ahead. It will be dependent on completion of testing in Bolivia and being successful. I think this could soon follow on after testing In Bolivia. This will be another sharp price ratification when these contracts are signed.

If anyone can look into who these companies could be. Possibly companies who have links to Clon or the various directors from different companies. Probably be working in Argentina or Chillie
