I think the research here is very good, there’s more chat on the telegram page but if people invite friends and we get more investors and I guess put links out to attract new investors it’s a good thing. Every little helps.

Did they drop the price at the end of the day to weed out sellers who think they have found bargains elseware after today. Hopefully back up again tomorrow but nothing rises in a straight line.

I expect we will have some news that makes the price start to move in the next 6 months, be it auto, Qualcomm, aviation, or perhaps Installation of DMS from a truck maker in the manufacturing process. Think we had a few negative comments from certain posters today to buy in cheap or they expected a big RNS landing today also.

I think we all did the same Terry, I got my average to 3.8 but then bought more at 4.21 and last week 4.59. Which I never intended to do. I was confident that we will be much higher in the next 12 months, and once it goes I imagine a few pence will not make any difference to anybody.

BBC business news worldwide said Ford had higher sales than last year with record sales of F150 + one other model I didn’t catch it.

I hope they have to buy in the market if so, if we have enough working capital to profitability then why dilute our holdings any further.

The truck companies must be considering fitting DMS as standard for Europe from 2024 also, so a contract with Volvo, iveco, scania would be most welcome too.
A chip solution must be the cheapest and easiest solution for those too.

Will this lead to a US listing once we grow a bit?

I think they could have done the placement at 4.5 or even 5p and I imagine we would be up at those prices today.
But still it’s a exciting future, onwards and upwards.

Good principal but when I buy more to trade I end up sitting on them and rounding them up to a nice quantity.

Perhaps make them buy at a higher premium though.
It looks like people knew and walked the price down to buy back later, hopefully we get back up to mid 4’s or higher soon.

With all the great research that we have seen on this board we know there are many avenues that our tech can go down, not just cars,buses,vans, but interactive with computers, VR, it can be put in so many places. So perhaps we were in a position where we didn’t need a fund raise but new funds can be for many new ways to use the tech, a US based investor has to be good.
I can see the revenues ramping up over the next few years but once the SP starts to reflect this why not have a US listing it’s only going to benefit us in the long term.

Looking back at holding RSN’s there seems to be a couple of companies adding, so they must be confident of a higher price than what we are at.

It takes a while for due diligence to take place, but guess a offer will be in the 30’s so could be 30% upside or more.

If you refinance then you still have debt just smaller interest charge.
Did they put a timeframe on when the talks had to finish by? Or open ended?

You can’t tell if there is a offer or not,
If there’s a offer at what price, I know from experience it can be below the share price.
If no offers, what price are we?
If a refinancing, do we rise or fall, how long will it take.
There is so many unknowns, I halved my holding today because of this and bought seeing machines, if the price does rise here it will make up the small loss on those I sold.

It needs to be in all food packaging, all bags in supermarkets, bin bags all a bigger market especially when no body is travelling at the moment.
