Thanks for the 2 bag at MCL,I can tell you I have studied this share it was 14p on Dec 5th,not one buy or sell for weeks until last fri.now its very busy,there is only a 15% free float until that big sell today which I guess was a big holder,I'm in here waiting for another made.com,but be careful as it may fall further,if it does I've more cash to buy again.in Dec it had 4.4 mill in cash now it has 3.1 in cash,so to sum up as of now it has 3.1mill in cash 54 mill shares of which 15% is free float,and a big seller this morning,the people buying today have the same thoughts as me,1 sniff of a potential buyer and this will rise handsomely

Mr wolf if what you say is true,will the sp be about 0.25 and does that mean the 3mill funding is off the table,also is 1.65mill enough for gcat to get that gold out of the ground,I appreciate your response as a valued member of this board

I done a Google search and found out what I was talking about.the name of the share I was in was ORH.basically clear leisure brought orh who owned hotels in Italy and Africa,but during due diligence they found the debt,they paid out 1.8mill in cash and 14.4 mill shares to acquire orh.they own 73.43%of orh.thwy accuired Orh on 9th Nov 2012. The company may be a passive or active investor and clear leisure investment rational ranges from acquiring minority positions with strategic influence through to larger controlling positions.dated 12th Feb 2014. So my conclusion is that clear leisure brought Orh for 2 mill and inherited the debt,11 years later qbt stand on the threshold of recieving that money to beat bitcoin at their own game,all I can say is wow ,so they stand to inherit 8mill from an original 2 mill investment in orh.you have to admire that statement I put up about 12th feb.and for sure if they win that 8.8 mill they will invest in qbt until they get to the end game.so for me this is a massive buy and put in the draw,for a few years,so now clear leisure have gone from 2mill original investment to owning qbt and a good chance of getting back 8.8 mill in 11 years.whats not to like here,where will we be in another 11 years.

I invested in this company last week without knowing anything about this company.i know nothing about crypto currency as I'm old and don't understand it.so I read the RNs of this company from the last 18 months,and was astonished to find out the court case,I read a word in the RNs relating to metropolis,then I remembered from years ago than clear leasure was another company before that involved in a legal battle in Italy about land and hotels hence the word metropolis,I can't believe I have joined this company just as the results are due after all these years,and to think I joined here on a speculative bet.so my question is as on the header,what was the name of the company before clear leisure as it's frustrating me emmensly.any help appreciated.the RNs is dated 30th June final results.in there it says mediapolis,that's how I got to the hotel and land claim,wow I can't believe this and trust me I will be in increasing my stake holding.

I sit on the sidelines wanting a better price ,will I get it on Tues,I have no idea,but believe in the assets,I would love 0.30/0.35, but am I dreaming,only time will tell,just hope dilution does not happen,good luck everyone

Mick r,I have rode this real well 0.5 -1.72,I'm thinking 0.6 for a buy would be great for a re run without no loss,but I did invest my profits in a much better company,

Rob,I read your messages and understand you are knowledgeable,but with that RNs the dynamics have changed ,people want in and only 15% in free float,we are all riders here.but I will ask a genuine question,if by some strange reason MCL doesn't go private,what is a fair price before the court case,and the cash call in 2024,i.e what price was it before all the bad news,I appreciate your time to comment,also Rob will it go higher this week or a retrace,I also don't understand how they can go into possible admin if they have been in business 130 years,many thanks for your time

Are,I've had oil turn into water and lost 95% before 8 am,that's hard to take

I've seen his reports on here and advn,he is a long term holder,but states he brought and sold on Fri with a free carry,but I can't see how he can have a free carry if he brought months ago,there again what do I know,but I will say he is actually correct,but the problem is the mechanics have changed,thanks to handro.i can see this rising more if the buying pressure continues,especially as only 15© free float,good luck all

Ant,all I know is I was in this pre suspension,I saw it fall from a £ to 8p,joined at 8 p,Jupiter were selling then the next day boohoo started buying,saw it rise to 32p,then it tailed of to 19p,I sold at 26p.hope that helps,what share r u now ant,I'm in MCL very good rise on friday

I think it can hit 3.5/4.0 in the next 3 weeks.im hoping for a high volume on Monday morning,and expecting a few tr1,s over the next few weeks.my reasoning is it could hit this price is before the handro sale there was only 15%in free-float,I welcome other people's thoughts,me I'm going long on a free float,even if it does go private.but if it hits a crazy price I might bail.is anyone else having this statagy or am I crazy,.many thanks
