Sharebell,its stated in the rns,cash gone from 3mill to 925k in a few weeks,I want to know about the 3 mill in stock,what's happened to that.so unless we have clarification from positive tr1,s I'm afraid ITS ALL OVER.it also says administration looming.im afraid as every day passes this will get lower and lower until the AGM.unless there is another takeover.until I see any tr1,s I will avoid until it gets to 1p then I might take a punt.also understand its gone from 14p to 1.4p in 3 months,the reason I know is because I was one of the first to buy at 6p,and understand where it was before that day.hope this helps

I have admired your posts,I have two questions for you.1 would you buy into the cash shell at say 0.5p,wait 6 months for an RTO,bearing in mind the minimum raise would be 6 mill.2 your thoughts on the previous tr1 buyers ,as they must have lost massively.

The only hope is for many tr1s from reputable companies.if not then it's all over I'm afraid

I have watched this since December when it was 14p and was one of the first to buy when it dropped to 6p,the highest it went to was 8.5p.ive seen it go from 3mill to 925k,so good luck to you all and I can see the reason why buying today,but I think we only have 3 weeks left and eventually it will go lower.that is unless we get brought out by a bigger company,I wii await any future rns

It happens to us all,my worst one ever an oil company that found oil,then the next day a RNs dropped at 7am saying it had water in it down 93% by 8am

Neil we meet again,I was extremely lucky with made.com,I got out 2 Hours before that rns.here I sense 1p is the number to buy at.for any potential bags

I was in MCL I don't think it bagged 4/5,I was in at 0.45 and checked out at 1.47,I think the highest it went well as 1.8,but the point is the vote was 75.19% and it delisted and the final day it was0.2p,so eventually everyone lost even with double triple bags.so be careful,for me to get back into this I'm looking for 1p,if it doesn't reach 1p then I will leave it and just be grateful my money was not in here yesterday

This situation reminds me of MCL which eventually went private and was voted in on 75.19 %.so yes it worries me.but I did manage a bag,so I'm hoping for another bag,but think I will wait until it goes nearer 1p.would anyone consider going into a cash shell for 6 months,for an RTO.i am considering this as they would have to raise 6mill before they can trade again.

That's cash only.am I right in thinking a 260k buy would stop this happening in the vote.but it does say it will still delist anyway.so a very tricky situation,even the board members laid off with no pay,says it all really,might look again at 0.5p
