there are a lot of countries in Nato.
Sweden is not in Nato - they have sent weaponry to Ukraine to help in the war against the invading Russian forces

NATO are not pushing them to do anything.
It is a war between Ukraine and Russia.

what do you not understand?
Ukraine is asking for help with weaponry in order to defend itself against an invading foreign military.
NATO has not insisted that Ukraine should continue the war with Russia.

As far as I remember, profitability of HSBC was a big factor in determining bonuses I received.
That should really be the main factor, along with others, but as I said I don't care how Lloyds decides on bonus factors

You get some who simply say that increasing eps will give them a bonus.
These people though cannot back it up with the facts of the criteria required though, they simply just like to complain.
Personally I am not interested in how any bonuses are derived at, but others who spout off should produce evidence to back up claims.

What?, since when has national debt been paid down.It is not very often that there is a surplus of tax receipts. UK government can in theory carry debt indefinitely. The percentage of debt to GDP is the more important factor, which has risen in the last couple of years for obvious reasons .
