If you did not know before investing that Lloyds as part of remuneration/staff benefits that it involves the ability to acquire shares in the bank by way of bonus or savings then you are a total FOOL.

If you are not happy with the arrangement then maybe you could find an alternative investment whereby such staff schemes do not exist .
