I have gone for Haleon having a cost base of 19% of my original GSK cost

Lloyds have progressive dividend policy - no one knows what the BOD's will decide to pay out in the current financial year,let alone a few years down the line.
I believe they may have said that excess capital will be returned (started from 2021 results) until getting down to a target capital level, which may be by about 2024.

We will know the reduced share count on our holding, Tuesday.
