gs ''So how did it destroy people’s lifestyles? BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE PAID BACK.''
If that is the case why not start the process immediately .Maybe you would prefer to have a single tax rate of 40% - that would soon start to get the national debt down a bit.
67s ''volume shows on HL at 385,821,868 which is puzzling me as purchase is over 25%''
No one knows what the volume will end up at on the day, so no one knows what 25% of it will be. It will be based on average of previews days. In any case Yahoo show a different figure. https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/quote/lloy.l/history?ltr=1
btw even my current small SB's in recent times is equivalent to buying up to £10,000 in shares for each one. I last sold actual shares at about 45.5p. you only have 3 months left
not the time to be selling portfolio if holding for the long term .Those gripped with fear,I imagine will not be buying. I have made a number of purchases this week
ST ''if you had any idea you would of sold and bought back in 20% cheaper''
I bought at about 38.5.p earlier in the year - 49.5p was not high enough for my next partial sell having previously sold at about 45.5p prior to my 38.5p purchase. You have 3 months to sell - I will have Lloyds shares for many years
Monk ST (whybother) has said a 100 times that Lloyds is about as bad an investment as you can get and no matter what will be selling by the end of the year. Despite this he didn't what to sell at near 50p
So you no longer see Llyods as not worth investing in, so you thought that 50p was way roo low for you to sell?. You only have maximum 3 months left to sell.
