I thought things would have sunk in by now. For about the third time -

supply and demand on a daily basis determines the share price/market cap.
With a reduction of the share count which increases per share metrics and a greater percentage of ownership for shareholders retaining their shares, the price per share would increase on maintaining a market cap value and obviously more on an increased market cap.
Market cap has increased a lot since April along with many hundreds of millions of shares no longer on the market.
