Finally getting noticed by the market on low valuation grounds and future prospects?

Good to lock in on some high yielding stocks if peak interest rates are near. These stocks should benefit if interest rates do not continue to rise and of course more with falling rates, resulting in capital appreciation on top of a secured high yield - will not get that benefit with cash.
