Manfor sounds like you already have - could you perhaps share what the answer was? Or atleast the email address
Manfor, thank you for volunteering - let us know when you hear back
Lawrence let’s hope it all works out and you, Freddie and Rusty can recover some of the losses
You mean this “ According to analysts, the amount for which Petropavlovsk can be acquired is likely to be close to the company's current market capitalization.”
Not sure how that leads to a conclusion of 1.5p. Also these Russian analysts will have been looking at the MOEX price
Justdriftin - what’s your source for the 1.5p buyout price? Didn’t see any mention of that in the article
Looks like the usual sour grapes woke up this morning, had a glass of vinegar, and opened LSE to comment
...has been very quiet today. Your fans are missing you
Is that all you have to post Lawrence...? Look in the mirror perhaps
...to filter Tomski7 and ignore him

Justdrifin - what's your thinking now re POG and especially this assignment to Nordic LLC?
But reading the RNS - didn't they apply for a waiver of the bankruptcy moratorium?
My thinking is that they cannot pay dividends from the Russian subsidiaries due to the moratorium. Therefore they need a waiver of it to get the cash out? Or am I misunderstanding the RNS?
Just saying that yes it would trade at a discount, but the quoted yields on these bonds need to be taken with a grain of salt as many are very illiquid and don't have much trading volume if at all
Lewis, when was the last trade on those notes? I don't think they're liquid at all so any 'quote' must be taken with a grain of salt. What's the trading volume on those bonds?
It's end of May - check the company website

A lot of sour grapes on the board today (e.g. HeresHopin). They bought Poly and missed the boat here, and are now here to deramp. HeresHopin - keep on hoping while others make the profits
Hereshopin - I'm responding to someone saying that the price is down on MOEX, just putting it in context
6.6p on MOEX = 8.4p equivalent FYI
