I posted last week that this did look like they were rinsing shares. The audacity of two TR1’s that quickly sold with a coordinated pump and dump is unbelievable.
Where is the regulator, given the links????
How many investors got sucked in to a losing position? Theft, pure and simple.
This is rinse, wash and repeat so hopefully future investors observe this and don’t fall in the trap!
Be warned
Anyone else concerned that this could be a pump and dump to rinse shares?
Only the fullness of time will tell.
I wish those brave enough all the best
I wish those with caution relief
It’s a classic muddy the water tactic by Minty.
I doubt they want a legal battle with C4, he could lose everything (fingers crossed)
At the old AGMs Alan stomped around like Basil Fawlty and Simon was Manuel.
Anyone????
Hi D
I have attended the last 3 in Manchester but not going to London.
If these aren’t rolled over what will happen to the shareprice?
£175k of confidence???
Biggest for a while
Wookiemonster
You can tell from the reply we investors are quite narky
It was a Freudian slip, probably right first time
All well and good but does anyone here not feel like this share is completely orchestrated, pied piper rampers flood twitter and the boards just before a raise and price increase????
It smells and it stinks, if you can’t see that you can’t see the wood for the trees. Not one person cannot say this is both worrying and symbolic of manipulation to the highest degree.
The fullness of time will only tell........
We = investors - I hold
There needs to be some balance and discussion rather than putting your fingers in your ears and not challenging anything.
What do I want = more investors not to be led a merry dance whilst the select few make their money
What we don’t know is how much they paid for the debt.
They could easily raise more than what they paid for it
I’m not a tax expert but if worse comes to worse could the new directors offset the tax losses in Nuog against wider C4 tax liabilities?
Especially if Nuog cannot secure a reverse takeover, just playing devil’s advocate.
The time to worry is when the Novum crew bail
We agree on this bat.
However, do you think investors can make money when this share seems as orchestrated as ever? Novum seem to be heavily influencing the price as it suits.
The money went on paying off the last shower of a bod.
Still no word on Newfoundland either!
You will also wish you had more sense than invest here in the fullness of time.
By which time you will have less money than the aforementioned sense.
