If an egm is called it’s for a placing. Funds are seriously constrained. Any longer term funding takes longer to sort out. So I would anticipate an egm being called. It’s good practice anyway seeing as we sit at the share ceiling.
I have sold half my shares today. Got a baby to think about. Like acker, I feel finance needs to be addressed and the independent review of the mill is obviously being done to protect us from stark comeback, but I’m concerned in the short term of the findings of that review.
What I’m reading and hearing is too professional for George. This has to be coming from a third party, canmax must want a full mill overview and I reckon they forced the hand with stark.
George wouldn’t have made these decision a year 18 months ago. So hopefully the canmax boys can hone in with the oem’s and deliver for everyone.
In relation to starks contractual obligations, quite simply they have failed and this should nullify any contractual obligations for prem. If there was a risk of comeback I think they would still be on site, they are not.
How many accounts you got here? You haven't posted your silly little pictures under your message content recently, but now somebody else that has been posting here today is wasting their time with it.... weird
I don't think the reasoning has anything to do with the outcome. Ultimately, under Stark, the mine has not been operational. Now there is simply nowhere to hide. If the OEM's come back and say the plant is running perfectly, we will have bigger issues.
I am still of the opinion that Canmax told Prem to lose Stark as it simply hasn't been working with them. There was also one other unnamed party OEM wise which is of interest.
I am all for a JV at this point.
Canmax needs to take over on site and handle the plant to get their product. This needs to be JV'd as soon as possible to reduce the impact of any penalties. That interview was a hard watch as he is simply treading water again. Bill, what are your expert views? I jest, you are still blocked.
Whilst I would like to think Orem have a decent claim for a chunk of money back. Sometimes it’s better as a clean cut. I don’t know why it has taken this long in all honesty. You could tell George was hacked off. I’m glad he has done it.
