Even a little £1-2k punt is worth it IMO. Could at least 10x money. Can trade on Jenkins for at least 6 months after delist. They've said the valuation will go up after delist with private equity, liquidity events etc. The writing is on the wall. Looks good from a technical perspective closing that gap to 6p.

It makes sense for retail to buy now whilst it's still very liquid. Once delist it could be more difficult to buy at a good price as there maybe private equity waiting/ offers waiting and Ronan waiting to buy out as per the 'liquidity event'. The background buyer is happy to waiting on the sidelines to get stock below 4p. Retail sells have pretty much dried up and sooner or later they will have to buy at higher prices. It's a waiting game. A few retail buys and I think this goes much higher.

16p Cavendish target is fair value. Possible acquistion 20p +. Offers likely considered after delist so looking at 5x from here. No brainer if willing to hold for 3-6 months.

The Board also believes that the Company is a growing business in an attractive high-growth sector and therefore that the current valuation attributed to it by the public market undervalues its prospects, making it an attractive acquisition opportunity, at a value which does not properly reflect the Company's future prospects and real potential. The Board believes strongly that if an acquisition of the Company is considered by any third parties, that a considerably higher valuation would be secured in a de-listed environment than if the Company remained quoted, which would ultimately benefit all Shareholders.

Looks like the overhang may have cleared. Expecting TR1 soon.

The CEO said they have had offers in the past (presumably higher than the share price) so they know they are undervalued. Other Cyber companies with far less revs and product selling for 10s and millions. Honestly I can't believe the mcap is only £4million right now. This is a massive opportunity for me.

The question is what price are they willing to buy stock back at? If retail investors keeping pushing the price up then RM/board will have to keep buying. Rm has just pocketed 10s of millions from Get Vis sale, so he will have very deep pockets. If he can get all the company for less than 10million i.re 8p and sell for 20million + in the ne term it's a no brainer for him?

I've invested here today on the basis that on every metric its significantly undervalued. Additionally, my thesis is that I think a takeover is quite likely sooner rather than later. Thinking Forcepoint may want this as a bolt on to initiate MDR services globally. The fact Ronan works at Forcepoint and sold Get Visibility to them makes me think this is highly plausible - the connections already there seamless acquisition and one of the reason they want to go private. Would be interested in others people takes on this.
