Given the tumultuous events this week what are people’s predictions for the SP when trading resumes , assuming it is within days
Agreed Hosai given the strong steer about being undervalued . That RNS was poured over long and hard
Ajc- rarely are such things coincidences . They were designed as pincer attack releases and tell of what has been going on to cause radio silence . But just get this fecker trading again as the best defence
A pre requisite for an application to put a company into Administration (and that’s a director application not s/h BTW) is cash flow or balance sheet insolvency . I can’t see either here with lender support .
They key is not to let BOO stack the board albeit even then any application needs to show insolvency as the pre requisite even with majority s/h for that application.
My guess is Bob will delay the AGM to let the company relist and show growing s/h value and hold the BOO Director changes at bay
It looks even more likely that (suspension lifted) was expected and planned around the AGM.
Best thing the BOD can do now is focus on getting that suspension lifted and let the SP begin to find its own level before the AGM. BOO and the best thing for the BOD and for s/h is to start letting it rebuild its value .
I wonder what the effect of the SP would be today and on BOO’s announcement had we been trading again ?
The best thing AIM can do for s/h is to let this happen quickly and create an open and level playing field in a live market , or as open as it ever can be on AIM with these dirty tactics going on .
Just a shame it took this for Bob to start communicating so much .
I liked the comment about the cusp and the reference to how undervalued we currently are !
MEM - it shows at least BOD can issue an RNS when they need to. They should also issue when they should do. There is a lot they could have been telling s/h through RNS’s and haven’t . Time to recognise this is our company not theirs and at least give a full and Frank update re the relisting . If BOO kick start them into a proper reporting dialogue then I applaud them at least for that .
Oculsprime- your position encapsulates why comms and RNS updates should have been better.
They must have certainty in a date . We are only talking 3 working days after today and they will have arranged a board meeting to authorise the signing off of the accounts and have their PR company drafting the RNS (s) to go . I can’t see they would have said what’s in the current RNS without this
We have all been assuming the publication of the audit is the key driver here . But maybe this goes hand in hand with other pre conditions for getting the suspension lifted . If the delayed audit and subsequent investigation blew up issues that needed to be addressed to be relisted maybe the work on both is concurrent which has added to delays and the sensitivity of satisfying conditions to relist has left the BOD unable to say much apart from bare facts in the RNS. This would extend to trading updates as I can see a condition of relisting would be to provide updates in an orderly controlled fashion once relisted . I still feel the news will be positive and substantial once the audit is published and when that happens relisting may be a given
Let’s wait until tomorrow but if this delayed they really should be saying why. Hopefully silence means the accounts are due out with a coordinated news flow to follow the suspension being lifted with a plan to achieve maximum good news impact by releasing good news post relisting.
I am inclined to agree with your analysis silverlight but its more a question for me as to how quickly that rerate happens and how long the MM can hold it back
As the release of the accounts Is now so delayed and the auditors are in there anyway might there be a chance they will release the 2/23 accounts at the same time ? They would need to announce AGMs etc but if this drags on any further that might be a possibility . At the very least we should get guidance in 2/23 performance .
Updates may be coming thick and fast with lots of good news
Go back to sleep!
But all sounds in order , good order is the hidden message there for me
Does the suspension get lifted automatically on the accounts being filed or is it some time later and if so typically how long? If it’s a delay and there is a succession of RNS with accounts filed then trading updates the suspense will be unbearable but at least it would give the market chance to assess the opening price rather than immediate and massive volatility
The filing date for the accounts is Bob’s backstop and they will be a bit earlier
Inconceivable that we have fallen to here . Looks woefully undervalued . Today may be the day the bottom might be tested . Question is how quickly will it bounce.
Good luck with that Wimbledon and this looks like being a good prospect for you to do that in time . Have to say I thought we would be nearer 25/30 than 15/20 by the end of the week but I’ve used it as an opportunity to top up and it looks to have finally bottomed . Bonkers SP given the positive RNS this week
Didn't stop Boris! Ben is a character who can run up a good bar bill but like Boris has gravitas and can get things done. Maybe that's a price worth paying other than somebody being totally compliant but insipid. But if things go our way here we will be very glad he stayed as DS
Ben was who we needed to stand and get elected ahead of The last and current PM disasters
Whatever it is this is just a small indication of how quickly this can shift and keep shifting .
