In relation to the £1 warrants, I completed a wind down at a former brokers with whom I was employed. It is very difficult (but not impossible) to participate in any corporate event. How long is the life on the £1 warrants (sorry if it's already been mentioned)? It will probably take the administrator between 6-12 months to return client assets (more specifically the warrants as they will be certificated). I have the warrants that can be exercised at £2 (due in November this year) so I think we'll miss out with those.
...has there been no SP movement on BRD today? It appears there's been 2 chunky buys but not even a small % increase? I really hope this Company comes good now with all the proposed changes but I just have a sinking feeling the BoD will struggle to achieve their goals.... I hope to be corrected though as I've been holding since 2017 and averaging down with the continuous drop
By my reckoning, that would equate to a value of 5.5 pence p/s just for West Newton (if we hit top end in both scenarios)??? That's if I have calculated it correctly anyway (calculations purely for academic purposes obviously)
Precisely the reason for the share consolidation. They can't raise any more at the current level, so consolidate, rinse, repeat. Good RNS today but it's going to take something monster to revive this dead duck (and i am a shareholder)
I don't post on this board very much but certainly enjoy reading the comments (although as a BRD investor myself, not very much at the moment). The question I have is how many more placings is this Company going to have? Existing investors keep losing out to those who simply want to flip the stock to make a quick profit, while we don't even get a look in. There is no way i'm putting any more money into this company now after this placing. I'm 80% down (not as bad as some of you other investors) but I don't have a huge holding (1m shares). I can only see this going one way now unless we find a significant number of large stone soon
Rest assured, no mm's are getting hold of my shares at these levels. And I'm certainly willing to show as much patience as is required. I just feel that if another placing comes along (especially where existing shareholders aren't given the opportunity to invest.....as was the case with the Pope/Turner placing)....at what point do you say enough is enough as your holding has been diluted to half of what it was??? I have some 0.4p warrants but any exercise of those seems like a long way off at present
At what point is this share going to bottom out? Are we going to see close to 0.1p first? The board can't possibly need more funding given they've had (I think) 3 placings in the last 12 months. I think I'm beginning to lose faith in this Company and we'll never see any profitability
I was hoping 8.64 was a good entry point but should have held off.....hindsight ey???
I am certainly going to voice my disappointment to the Directors in the form of an email. Maybe if a number of disgruntled shareholders contact the Company, the Board might take notice and include existing shareholders if/when they raise funds in the future. I'm only holding 1m shares and I've been acquiring them since the middle of 2017. As such, I've missed out on a number of placings during that period. My confidence in the Company has certainly took a blow
Thanks home brew. Am I correct in recalling that UJO got approval from the planning officer during the previous applications (I have been following UJO since I bought the shares in 2016 this but my one brain cell is failing me today)? it was the actual committee that rejected them? I thin the term 'DYOR' definitely applied to me lol
First time poster.....long term hold of a just a few million shares, regular reader of all the posts on here. How has the market not reacted to this positive news today? Is it just a case of siting tight until next week? I'm certainly optimistic about UJO and I feel a small top up coming today before next week. Surely this has to get across the line now???although we've been here before. NLC certainly have odd logic. GLA
Given the RNS that has been released today, are there any theories why the share price is plummeting??? I still have high hopes for BRD and thought we'd seen the bottom re: share price.....how wrong was I???
I hope so...onwards and upwards
