Moneyman spot on.
Iky yes you are right to.
Folk getting all hot under the collar because copper has gone up a bit but nothing has changed. Bird still remaining quiet across all his companies apart from the twitter rubbish.
About time he delivered 'something' 🙄
Gee thanks Funky Sausage, I am touched.
Oh dear that's a shame Chrisp lol.
When something decent happens I will post something meaningful.
I wonder if the Birdster can get through this quarter too with nothing more than a cosy chat with the Sunday Roast crew.
Dear oh dear.
Your only criticism of Colin, really!!
14.36 great post BSMonitor. Totally agree.
Back into the 3s who would have thought it but no surprise given the lack of news and continued manipulation of the sp.
Is there any wonder many investors have left the markets by the droves.
The big fall today doesn't bode well.
Oh nooo not again Iky. One day you will be right about something but it's starting to get embarrassing now. Lol.
Spot on BSMonitor
Less tweeting from your armchair Birdy and more bleedin action please.
Nice post iky.
But you could say the same for all his companies.
Someone has put a few interesting posts up on advfn. I don't know if they are 100% true but sober reading if they are and if nothing else Bird needs to rebuild his highly tarnished reputation.
Ahh we agree on something Analytical. That is what we are all here for, shareholder value an increasing share price and also assets being brought forward in a timely manner with some form of Gantt chart with realistic time lines.
Currently we have none of that and a sp going backwards when copper has gone significantly north, that can't be right.
You reap what you sow.
What has Bird actually done to attract new shareholders or coax current shareholders to add more?
The chap is already very marmite to a large section of the investing fraternity and the glacial progress across all his assets and all his stable of companies does nothing to dispel that.
It is no surprise to see all of his companies at or near lows.
I actually think your 'CB is waiting for the copper price to turn' has merit iky but if this is true it is poor. What he should be doing is ensuring these assets are ready to mine once metals prices strengthen but when you have no interest in mining the assets then it's completely plausible.
As we know, the FQ updates will come when they come.
The disappointing thing is glacially slow progress on our own project in Namibia but that is the way Bird is operating all of his companies it seems.
The only thing that matters to me is facts and not assumptions Analytical and the fact is after all your fanciful postings, calculations and 'thesis' the sp is lower than at the start of the year.
You can do as much calculation as you like but if the Birdman doesn't get to mine it or sell it then the needle is unlike to move much.
The sp is back at a penny piece of course he is near to selling an asset for £50-100m, of course he is getting value for shareholders lmao.
Although Analytical I did assume the sp would drop back below a penny and I was right but that assumption didn't take a lot of brain power.
I wasn't the one assuming in the first place whowrotethis.
I make no assumptions Analytical as assuming makes an ass of u n me.
If you do enough research you will know how long I have been here whowrotethis, probably longer than you.
Don't be so ridiculous.
None of them are flawless Analytical but in none of them are posters making outrageous and misleading comments about assets being sold for fantasy figures.
Same old blather from Bird. Not a chance this will sell any time soon but you can bet on many more rounds of drilling.
Still he can switch back to pushing the copper assets if the copper price continues to strengthen without actually doing much with them apart from lining up more drilling.
