If they issue more shares the pharmaceutical won't deal the only way for this company to make deals is to tidy up the share issue a consolidation say a 100-1 that will take the share price up to around 10p to 14p. And 400 million shares in issue. Big investment companies have strict rules what they can invest in if a companys share is to low they won't touch it. So that's why the only way for OBD is to consolidate the shares. To get the investment it needs not diluting the shares it's not going to happen it's going backwards. Hi OSD. I have. I have been on side lines watching this chat board seeing how the derappers have forced this share down and the market markers . I believe for the company to make commercial deals with Pharmaceuticals they will have to consolidate the shares so they can get bigger investments companies on board to take the Episwich technology platform global. With patents in Australia, china India Canada. And now the technology is being tested in to breast cancer. The NHS can not afford not to use this technology platform the lives it could help stop the negativity in MRI scans and the money it costs billions. Before the technology can go to main stream NSH is got to be proven it works they are doing that in the private sector and the Imperial college NHS Trust in London. I have been loading up shares for the consolidation the more I have now the more I will have after consideration.
