Dax - interesting. Just passed through the weekly trend line and getting to over bought on Daily, weekly and monthly. Maybe time for a short? Lets see if it hit's 10700 odd level. Still plenty of scope for the US indices to go up.

what you want me to say? I held short on dax but proved to be too much for me to hold any more so i sold at the top sadly. I'm wiped and finished.

gblunt- yep 1:30 always, every first friday in each month. WD on those oil trades. Always been a bit scared of trading oil. Italy was bad enough lol

jolly, humble I don't think is the correct word.Massacre would be a better description. All those DAX shorts that had a stop loss on. Pointless. Who would of used a guranteed stop? The slippage would of killed a few accounts today. Seen it so many times. As they say, at least Dick Turpin used a mask.

mark - never got into the 3 month contracts, I use all DFB. The interest is not all that different when you take in the spread. The main difference would have to be divi payments on the dfb compared to no divi on the other contracts. Mostly I have traded DAX though so no divi there also.
