Don't give away your shares cheaply. People on here trying to sow seeds of doubt and fud, as they want cheap shares. Plenty of trading sessions ahead of us and nothing goes up in a straight line. This will exceed this week's high and continue to rise, but it will be with dips, consolidations and tree shakes on the way, and posters appearing during the falls to create FUD and uncertainty.

Not sure I would recommend day trading to start with. I've always been led to understand that you day trade once you have become very experienced at longer term trading. Obviously, on AIM you don't want to be an investor/LTH for most of the shares, by maybe trade off the daily and four hourly charts?

No RNS at MATD today which is a bit of a relief in that no news must be good news, as any delay would surely have been RNS by now?

We had buyers coming in at around 4p twice in the day, and both times it stopped the fall. So we have the foundation for a new floor to build from tomorrow. Friday is often the strongest trading day of the week (hence the label of "FOMO Friday") and last Friday was a prime example of this here. In many ways, it was good to get the dip out of the way today. Gives everyone a chance to stock up again IF we now have a floor.

Can't really predict the markets, especially AIM, but you would thinks that a good start tomorrow and we will likely trigger FOMO Friday sentiment. If so, will very likely close the week at the high. GLA

I agree - a massive move incoming once the RNS lands. Should easily take us into 4-5p range. The company is now cashed up to fund its critical and highly likely transformation operational activity. I don't invest in many oilers, but the recent presentation was excellent - assuming they achieve the milestones promised of course.

Just needs the RNS to kickstart things. I'm not all that fussed if work starts in July, as long as we have a firm start date in Q3 is my window of patience. But appreciate everyone has different levels of patience and portfolio needs. Hopefully RNS with firm dates incoming next week. GLA

Just read a resource or book on technical analysis. Loads available for free online. Just stick to the more basic and reliable concepts such as support/resistance and volume. From there, you can then make it as complicated (e.g. starting to look at indicators and patterns) or keep it as simple as you want, but price, volume and S/R levels are indispensable.

It's quite interesting when you get into it.

Not bad - will settle for a 10% profit taking/treeshake/drop/consolidation day (or call it what you like) after going up by well over 100%. An opportunity to pick more up around the 4s, and confident that things will return around when you look at demand at these levels.

KR - can't believe your trading without charts. That my friend is a sure fire way to financial losses. You can't be trader without charts, just like you can't be a batsman without a cricket bat. Get charting - and there's loads of free online resources that teach you the basics. It REALLY does help (not always) but often enough to make it essential imho.

Back to HE1 - a spud RNS should bring in some buying. Friday FOMO possible if they don't issue one of their Friday horror RNSs!

Slacker doing his not so subtle de-ramping by trying to bring up FUD about sellers. This is basically a consolidation after a powerful move up, and preparation for the next leg up. We all know what's coming here, volume has been huge on the way up, and very small in comparison on this dip. Just take a look for yourselves.

We are clearly gearing up for another big move up and folk should be loading up on this pause imho. These prices will look like a steal by close of play tomorrow. GLA

Jokes aside, this is a really great opportunity to load up. We've already tested the upper 4s, and are gearing up for another attack. MM are just testing what stock they can grab from weaker hands (of the Shivest variety) before they sell that same stock back at higher levels.

Very confident that we are going to close this week at a new recent high. The buying volume and interest here has just been ridiculous and next week the heat will be cranked up even more as we approach the big NICE announcement. GLA

I think a positive RNS takes it to 4p to 5p. Then obviously it depends on results and getting a deal agreed with PC. The good thing is that so far the price has held up in anticipation of a positive RNS.

A (double bottom) bounce to new highs is being prepped as we speak. In the oven and will be shortly be served.
