Read somewhere that a rough rule of thumb is that you need to trade 2-3 times the placing shares to get rid of its churn. Have no idea if that is correct, but if so, we still have some churn to get through. Agree with Computer that we will definitely have cleared it by the time the "real" newsflow starts coming through after this current boring phase. Only problem we have is that our boring phase happens to co-incide with the weakest months of the year. Therefore, might see sub 3p again. If we do, it will likely be the last real opportunity to buy at these levels before that "real" newsflow lands, so would be surprised if a lot of cheap supply emerges so close to an inflection point, but pleasantly so if it provides an opportunity to increase my holding.

Not given up on the possibility of an exciting MOU though during this boring phase!

It's the DFS stage that is taking a long time. They need it to secure binding financing and offtake. Should have it complete around Q3/Q4.

Bres coming along nicely, albeit rather slowly, which is always a problem on AIM. Key event will be its JORC upgrade, which should capture the markets attention and finally trigger that much awaited re-rate!

This would be the point to add though if you still believe in HEX returning profits from these levels.

Can someone confirm my understanding that export permissions for assays have now been received, and said assays have/are now being sent to Tanzania? Previous two RNSs indicated this to be the case, but MR referred to this in today's FocusIR interview as one of the difficulties, but just wanted to confirm that he was talking about the past rather than the present?

Yes, seen this many times, where you get a large trading range where the supply from traders, warrants holders and weaker hands is slowly taken out, before and to enable the next leg up to begin. I am hoping that this is what we will see played out on the chart in terms of the technicals. We still need the RNS to ignite the next trend, and it's now down to BG to deliver just that, after effectively promising it at the webinar. I would think that RNS will land here any week now and by month end at latest. In the meantime, happy for the share price to keep nudging up.

Does look like folk are quietly positioning themselves in for the next leg up here. Having cleared a LOT of the supply in this rather large trading range, it shouldn't be too difficult to get back to some upward momentum. I think a positive forward plan in the next RNS should get us back into double figures and 50% rise from this levell. From there, if we manage to extend the mineralised zones at Pepas, that surely has to put us into new recent highs territory, especially with a strong POG, and drilling at El Pantano to come, with the additional upside that could bring with it.

So you are looking at anything between 50% to XXX% rise from this level. All imo and GLA

I think GRL is at an inflection point, both technically and fundamentally. If this month's update is positive, then expect a very strong bounce and it would be a strong buy and hold. If the update is negative, then most will run for the exit door, and another big fall is on the cards.

Good example of why technicals matter as much as the fundamentals!

Looks like a reversal forming on the chart. Here's what we have coming up:

1) Gold looks like it will make another leg up during H2 and we could see 3800. So the macro environment will be extremely favourable to us.

2) Drilling to resume at Pepas and look to extend the current resource. Should return some more high grade holes!

3) More targetted drilling around Pepas North to find the high grade zones.

4) Consultants to report back on Pepas optionality.

5) Resumption of soil sampling at El Cedro.

6) Maiden drilling at El Pantano (around September).

Given how strong the sector is right now, there's easily a 50% to be made from these levels, and likely a one bagger at least?

Seingred - just found it bemusing/amusing that you were commenting about a placing at presently fully funded OMI before year end, whilst buying ahead of a placing at WSBN.

Their whole approach to comms needs fundamental overhaul. Aside from updates, they have a duty to promote the company, which is something they really neglect. When I researched the company, I only came across a handful of interviews from the CEO, months apart. If they resolve the production issue, they need to start banging the drum a lot louder when it comes to promoting the company to the market.

Looks very much like we are heading to the top of this year long trading range. If we (finally) breakout of it, 40p is incoming imho.

Well that’s a good sign. At the end of the day, what will remain consistently true at all times is that we will ultimately stand or fall on our drilling results. It’s actually good that we have had to digest some less exciting holes from Pepas North as it has probably given us a much needed reality check, namely, that not all holes drilled will be high grade. We just at least need to see expansion of mineralisation and mineralised areas from the forthcoming drilling at Pepas, with some more high grades along the way.

In 3 months or so we will also have maiden drilling at El Pantano. So plenty to look forward to here and to support a resurgence in the share price. Very high probability of at least a one bag from here from the above mentioned newsflow. A trade I would definitely position for if I was a newbie.

Helium plays are popular on AIM for some reason! I think HEX might just turn out to be the real deal! If it does offer 21p again, I’ll be happy to add more. But there’s a saying : don’t be a d i c k for a tick! So might chuck some in regardless as I think there is plenty of upside in HEX from even 23p.

Some big buys have gone in near 23p. I don’t know what makes you think it will pullback? Can’t see it going below 21p as that was a gap fill level and should now form strong support.

Only way it breaches 21p is if any bad news lands!

It is frustrating to see the likes of GGP making new recent highs but OMI has fallen back. However we can at least take encouragement from strength elsewhere in the sector. We just need the drill bit turning again at Pepas and we should start to reclaim some of the lost ground. The market looks like it is waiting to see what happens next with OMI.

Just caught up on today’s discussion. Firstly I do think it is very premature to be discussing a raise, so soon after the last one and when currently cashed up. But of course there will be another raise at some point as it’s our only means of getting cash at present, plus the warrants. But a LOT will happen before OMI next needs cash that we don’t know what or when that will be exactly. I do agree with Rob that the present budget won’t cover drilling at El Cedro. However, there are no plans to drill El Cedro at present and OMI have stated that they would consider a JV.

The thing is that the situation with OMI is dynamic and anything could happen on any of the projects. What I am confident about is that the next raise will happen at much higher price simply because there are two projects that will be drilled within the current budget.
