If Zulu is closer to a JV offer, why would GR want to spend our money on more core drilling. As the JV partner will do that for us (as part of the condition) Seems to me. PREM is pretty much busy doing negotiations before committing to further develop of Zulu or and RHA.

If that's your take on it (so be it) However Zimbabwe government keep saying that they are open for business. So need to show the world that they truly are. Shafting existing investment isn't going to help get the message across

Rha isn't going to be a simple gift from the Zimbabwe government. They are going to try and get best value for themselves ? That makes negotiations tricky due to the complexities of whom owes what to whom and how to make this all work in a new arrangement.
