Anyway, GGG despite the rants highlights the fact. We LTH have been led a merry dance by the (Pied Piper). I'm have now dipped back in on last weeks news hoping to re coup something. I'm actually regretting coming back here. One of my other plays gave a presentation after I sold some to get back here last week that puts this company to shame when it comes to presentations and keeping investors informed (PNPN).

We now have that 'Wall Of Cash' heading our way.

The only difference is it's 38 Million of additional debt. I'll say it again 38 Million of additional debt!

Anyway, lets not let a few tens of millions additional debt get in the way of some excellent ramping.

Many moons ago, Pinocchio did talk about 'shareholder value' in one of his presentations. This was when he was happy to regularly shout from the rooftops how well they were doing and what a great company to 'invest' in. He actually used the words 'shareholder value'. However it was sometime in the last 4 or 5 years but not recent.

I think the BOD were hoping no of us would remember. Anyway, the 'wall of cash' he also talked about was actually going out the door not coming in as implied at the time.

Many including myself are so underwater we will need a decompression chamber if this ever recovers.

Currently 60% + down. This is the shareholder value PB talked about so long ago I've forgotten when.

PB & co should be ashamed.

A SHAG was part of the original idea of the Discord group. To be honest, I bet TXP use the Discord to keep themselves informed with what the company should be doing and what they have going on. JM originally had some engagement with PB. However, it turned out PB was full of Sh*t.

Not sure what could be achieved? EGM?? Offload some of the BOD's? That would be a welcome move, currently looks like 1 BOD = 1 member of staff. Too many greedy snouts in the trough atm.

This is getting messy. Our SP has dropped circa 25% since this sh*t show started & will no doubt continue to be eroded the longer it goes on.

PB & co should let it go. Focus on sorting what we have.

The value for TXP directors is still there.

They’ve diluted any value for us investors who helped get them there.

PB Once said “Shareholder Value” was what they were aiming to give.
