Even if 88E is not directly impacted there could be indirect implications. Exactly what they (Biden & Co) have signed and what they are signing up to will all have to be analysed. I think that it will take time. Remember Obama signed it last time, but did nothing with it, it never went through the house. On the positive side, if they do, it may remove competition. On the negative it may ruin Alaska and America's oil industry. I do not know why a county which is around 47% wooded and produces more renewable energy per person than the UK would sign up to the Paris agreement. People thought Trump was stupid? There are expanses of America which will never be able to comply and America will be paying fines. Mad. Damaging America's oil will damage their economy and independence, there will be trouble down the road somewhere, if they mess this up. Ironically my green shares have not risen in value sufficiently, (due to a several month delay) to reinvest here, I thought I was going to miss out, so for once I got a lucky break or I would have been heavily invested here. I feel sorry for you guys who are heavily invested waiting for the next step, which may have been only weeks away .
