If you know how long that part of the process takes then you could put an approximate date on it.
This is not the uplift, that RNS will propel the share price up (assuming approval)

Jonesrichard - I don't think it is a leak pushing the share price up, it was and in my opinion still is far to cheap.
The jump after or in anticipation of the actual licence RNS, due any time, is a total different animal.

If it is all in order, which it should be as the changes to government revenue were years before the application, it could be as quick as today. We do not know if Covid is still impacting their office or not.

This is still well under where you would expect it to be, before waiting for the licence. Never mind where it is now. Still a good possibility with a relatively short wait for the next step up if we get the licence.

Riverfort have opted for a loan conversion today and on the 22nd.
They will have conducted extensive due diligence before making that decision.
Does this mean they are confident that the mining licence is going to be issued?
It must be a good sign otherwise they would not have taken this option.

Just to demonstrate that he is correct about some of the posters, if you check the Financial Conduct Authority website under dtr5 you will see that any holding over 3% must be disclosed and increases or decreases of 1% or more must also be disclosed.
You will see them in the form of an RNS and on the company website in the shareholder section.
Best not listen to anyone on these boards but if you do, careful and best check if they know what they are talking about.

Following from saint-tropez, great posts by the way as most are on here which makes a change, if you check out the last gold RNS they have samples as high as 6g per tonne. I don't think any of us are expecting those samples to be an indication of the rate through that whole prospect, but if it is. . Bernie doesn't show much emotion, great for speeches at a funeral but not elsewhere, he will never do stand up. But he was proper excited at 6g per tonne.

Learner-if any single entity buys over a certain percentage of shares they have to disclose their name and it appears in an RNS. Their name would be shown before they owned enough shares to influence a rise of that magnitude.
Their name is in an RNS so we are informed.

I am more concerned that I undersell if we get an RNS and then advance forward. Not sure where the top could be on this one. If they can fund the gold from the lithium it could be very high.

Paperhands- lol - they are not stories, read the rns going back at least to 2019. Then listen to the podcasts. Also kod share news history. If you are not in be quick to read up as we are expecting an RNS anytime soon, could be days or weeks but soon.

Marky - mark nothing wrong with taking a profit any time and nothing wrong with repeating it with the same share either. We are all here to make money.
