Interesting that they post that under one of the drilling machine pictures.
Could indicate that the DMS vein drilling is on target, not all drills to the DMS veins.
Are we going to get 50m tonne resource on the estimated date?
Clapa, good article.
It is a good idea to look at that area in Northern Mali from satellite and some unconnected footage from the troubles, huge expanse of nothing.
Without satellite assistance you could as an army soldier drive around the area for your entire career and not bump into any militia or criminal. So they need either the west or Russia.
I doubt that the West would be eager to point out ISIS suspects to African soldiers as everything is recorded.
Russia will just pass them on.
It is a large part of the Italian refugee problem which could be why it is getting airtime - but far as troubles in the world go it is way down the table of importance or size.
It must be irritating if you are from the rest of Mali which is peaceful and getting on with life.
I really cannot get my head around current journalism.
They are reporting that armed groups are creating starvation in the north of Mali and elsewhere as if it is new news.
They are not holding anyone and the current situation has been going on years the UN etc are useless at dealing with it, they completely failed their mission.
The terrorist tactics are very basic and very simple they sneak into an area across the border and create a lot of fear and loud noise in tourism areas. It kills local businesses and the immediate area goes into poverty, the locations are where their criminal activities pass through, once in poverty the locals have no choice but to get involved in their activities, people trafficking, drugs arms etc. it is at strategic borders only and in at least 5 or 6 different countries. If they don't get involved they starve.
Such poor reporting and numpties in our country believe what they read.
They also don't seem to realise when a force kills a leader of these groups and is having some success out of time and incorrect reporting does not help.
Clapa, yes I am with you, not much interest in day to day share price either.
More interested in everything going well on site and everything being completed properly.
That said, because it is AIM you can never turn your back on it, it can be up pence for the craziest of reasons then back down again. So always best to check in a couple of times per day.
Clapa the drop could be to do with the joint army force success.
They took out an ISIS commander on the US most wanted list.
They are having some success.
Bit embarrassing for the western force who were there before.
Everyone is waiting if an up and coming commander wants to make a name for themselves with some sort of repercussion.
After watching some programmes around the area it is laughable the airtime and media attention they get, those areas are barren and have very little population. Terrorists are in a couple of pick ups and the army is usually 7-10 consisting of a big machine gun on a truck and a pick up size vehicle.
The only thing of substance in northern Mali and the other locations they travel along is the trafficking of people etc, again all in pick up trucks it is nothing but an illegal trading route.
Bottled the MM want to trade shares as that is how they make their money, they only increase the spread when they are struggling to hold enough shares above trades to maintain liquidity. If they overpay for shares they lose.
That does not mean that everyone will not sell a share, it is the amount they need to maintain liquidity.
The spread has just dropped but is still wide enough to deter buyers
Guys, we may get a gold update, they should be working, if not now, in May.
Nielle is close to a potential maiden value, at this market cap it could make a big difference.
It just depends if Bernard gives a timeline or not.
Fatou I would expect to influence the end of 2025 to early 2026 if it keeps extending in area.
PS, I am surprised we have not got a following chase up on the original gold offer with gold rising so much since the original offer in 2022. Shame they were sealed bids, so we don't know how that was left - maybe a question for the next q&a?
While we all look forward to a high return, best not wish our lives away, I don't know about you but I am not in a sprint race to a pine box, I am not going mahogany even if we do well.
Enjoying the moment and quite happy with each day ticking down slowly to the planned information release dates.
this programme is worth a watch to see how sp**** and small the various militia groups are and how small the army presence is in these areas.
supports what i have previously said a while back about these being the criminal trading routes between various countries. only seen the first two but this one focuses on people trafficking - what the british are calling refugees, probably the safest out of the the various trading to report to n, but still very dangerous.
he focuses on the worst pieces of border to cross, seems to often have to go round them - worth a watch.
but you will be surprised how small the cities are and how tiny the military patrols are. not the doomsday many report.
we all know that the trafficking gangs are a thorn in the side of all of the west but everything else trafficked over these borders will be a problem too as well as who they fund. probably the reason for so much exposure.
it covers northern mali and all the countries i previously mentioned and the associated groups.
100notout, yes agree also.
While we are focused on the reasons we are invested, Bernard needs to make this transition, after Bougouni is producing and the flotation plant operating I am sure he will already have bought the next prospect and he will have it all to do again, albeit at a higher level, but once Bougouni is in production investors will only accept a certain level of discount to value because at that stage some large investors will have some serious holdings.
This area where he has been weak needs addressing, he interviews well so no issues there.
Full focus on the website and a clear simple idea online method of none RNS updates.
i do think that the website now is major.
any investor reading an article, reading a comment or being told something by an investor today would check it out on the company website - companies usually want to highlight their strong points.
on the actual website itself, not presentations or documents, i don't think either hainan or 117m dollars is mentioned anywhere.
nor the upgrade in resource or that the manufacturer is now building our plant. nothing about hoping to spin the plant october/ november and nothing about production december this year.
in fact if you took the documents off the site then it just looks like a bunch of us talking ******.
Elcobble, re fully funded I agree is massive, other AIM shares with ever increasing total shares in circulation eating into the investors shares of the profits, Kodal is a good place to be.
At one point giving away 51% in exchange for being fully funded some thought expensive, looking at other AIM company dilutions it now looks very cheap.
