Well said, spot on and totally agree with your sentiments.

The clock is ticking for those same derampers who spend a lot of time writing with their suttle negative comments.

Just check their history.

The negative posting pattern by some over the last 18/24 months has been either about trying to source a rig , and fundraising, He1 now has these two now in place, the derampers are now limited in their deramping.

I'm sure all the data is now in place and all the ducks are almost lined up.

When we hit that sweet spot called a discovery and when confirmed they will still not be happy and find something new to pick on.

Now just back home from holiday, and as I thought before going, a lot has happened, but the best is still yet to come and I'm sure all geniune shareholders will be as excited as myself.

The placing of an extra 112m shares with a second drill. This caught most of us out, but having said that it's a (minimum) placing @ 6p even though it is some dilution and is well calculated in where He1 currently are, going forward,. it could have so easily have been a lot more , say 250m+.

He1 currently need lots of media attention not just from the markets but also experience investors coming on board and IMHO they will achieve this more now this has taken place taking in all factors.

Some are saying LB shouldn't have done this or that, but some forget that she is guided buy the Nomad not just for fund raising but also releasing PR material.

Im sure we are in for a few exciting months, starting next week.

Something is cooking, ok I know I'm stating the bl..dy obvious, but since. Ian Stalker stepped aside at the beginning of August, we then had a presentation a week later, since then a seller has appeared with the SP suffering since.

The good news is we have our own rig, crew and are probably only 2 to 3 weeks from spud which is financed, with helium in the ground.

So what's happening?, this IMO is being clearly controlled, probably by he1s nomad.

All we can do if you believe in this is sit tight ,there is light at the end of the tunnel, an opportunistic moment is very close, and it will all come out in the wash very soon.

Will I be selling? Not on your nelly. Still excited and very positive in what's to come.

Totally agree with where your both coming from but I have a massive gut feeling that what is happening is being controlled by He1 advisers.ie nomad and broker(s).

Why may you ask, well, if this Unique company are siting on what we are lead to believe, in by what we have previously been told with all the data over many years, then one way of getting the more professional investors on board and markets taking note, is firstly to get the M.cap / SP to a given level ,hence the SP drop, at the same time measuring the flow of news to current investors.

This IMO has/ is happened(ing), and has caught a lot of current investors ou, including myself.

With spud only about 2 weeks away,and the last 3 weeks of selling possibly by a single investor will I'm sure become history.

It's funny, Art only comes out of the woodwork when there is a RNS, we will probably get another dozen posts today from him then he will crawl back in his own hole for another feed.

Good news, this is just the start of the rerate of the SP. The large buys will start coming inow and that mystery seller will hopefully be history.

Agree with what you say, I would alike to add that the seller IMHOwas a decoy in an overall plan, hopefully the seller has now done his bit to get the SP where it now is, this is part of their plan along with their brokers and nomad.

1) Bring the share price down to around 7p to create more awareness in He1 ✅️.

2) No real news except on twitter until closer to spud ✅️

3) News ready to release, but probably waiting until September 1st which happens to be Friday ( FOMO possibly)

4) Probably on 4th Sept 1st RNS then followed by interviews and other RNSs over the coming days.

5) This will be the beginning of the re-rate of the SP and where the fun starts for us shareholders before spud Also exactly what the company have planned.

6) General stock markets looking more positive over the last few days, oh, and drinking a wine on the patio last night, I couldn't help but notice a full moon,I guess we all know what that could mean.

Just remember only a few days to go and nothing has changed.

As the company are at a crucial stage before announcements this bb along with any other(s) is probably being vetted for anyone breaking lse terms and conditions.

i do agree with your earlier comments and of co**** we all should have some type of exit plan especially after the tai 1.

but this company is a totally different animal now, apart from the name.

being totally up front and honest, currently i do not yet have an exit plan (been busy buying) but probably it will be 30% before the results.

as i'm currently in spain i do have a time advantage, as we are 1hr ahead of yourselves, i'll know if or when to sell,or not. 😉 lol.

Begs the question, are people like this really cut out for investing in AIM.

Clearly one or two are planing an exit strategy already, even though He1 haven't announced a date for spud yet.

The company ,their Brokers and Nomad who guide the company along this path will be aware of the general feeling of current investors and will be act accordingly, could even throw another curve ball in like the purchase of their rig, catching a few investors out, even myself at the time.

Looking at the whole picture this could be massive not only for He1 but for all shareholders involved.

I'm excited in what's to come very shortly.

Going one step further, IMHO in the next ten trading days from now, or simply put from Tuesday 29th August, the doubters/people sat on the fence will be suprised and caught out by He1's next announcement .

The timing going forward has been calculated and carefully chosen by the board.
