BDO think know they are losing this, holding back paperwork now for months that was ordered by the courts - can’t believe judge is playing along and not enforcing it! They better get a settlement otherwise they will be £24M out of pocket when the courts rule they have to pay!

More contract wins in future yes, but presently they have bagged ‘several contracts’, the details of these have not yet been announced due to CES 2019. This I take it means at least 3 or more contracts from the sectors they’ve mentioned in the RNS! News is now in immediate territory with the tax payment so it is anytime now!
