So officially the company is default from today...so one assumes by tomorrow they will need to have agreed an extension. If they do not will they need to suspend?

Can’t agree that CEO resigned cos of poor management. CEO is one runs the company and its operations / management, so if the management is poor then this shows CEO as poor, and resigning to me suggest he”s the one failing here...!
