For someone following this stock all last week, it’s obviously clear the drop is orchestrated last few trading days...MMs were very very short, so they cause drops on silly little sells and flush....flush the weak as much as they can. Big holders not selling an iota!

Can’t see how shareholders would approve the delisting, considering Footie is near ready for full launch, and there is also CEDEX progressing nicely. Footie could be hugh in coming months!

It’s the CEO who needs to step down, and company to appoint a CEO with pedigree and experience in this field of blockchain. The current CEO appears to be ‘out of depth’ in this area..maybe was ok for B2B..

People in the know will be buying in now...and before the hearing on Wed. This is because there will be informal dialogue with Nordic/BH about the company’s proposal and some consensus albeit informal until the hearing...excellent opp to buy today.

What we’ve seen is a correction this week administration/court case risk significantly removed, but news of BH agreement has been the achilles heel for this company over the last year or so. Now this is about to be resolved. See broker note for those want to know history...Broker target in July - 97p!!

It’s the perfect storm...expecting significant re-rate from here. MMs have no stock, plain obvious as desperately trying flushing the weak it afternoon lull.

Loaded as much as I can, from graph one can see any weakness and these get sweeped up by buyers very quickly. Hugh next week and lots of mega news to come..just look at these fundamentals and news:
- Tiny tiny free float around 2%
- Full standard listing, not AIM stock
- SP dramatically fell on fear of suspension / court
- Company assets worth over $1 Billion!
- $ 250m RBL in process of conclusion by major bank
- BH debt $113m..against assets worth x10 at least
- Committed to paying BH in full - RBL or equity sale
- Broker valuation on BH agreement in Oct 19...97p!!
